So after reading how James is 4 months I realized I needed to update the blog. Christian is now 9 months and growing, growing, growing! She had a great doctor's appt, thanks to no shots this time (she does have to go see an ENT for her constant allergy problems though). She is above the 100% percentile ranks for height (30 1/2 inches) and at 100% for weight (almost 23 pounds). She is really teething now and is always drooling. That's why the first picture is first, because that pretty much sums up what she does now. She will crawl around everywhere exploring things, she loves shoes (that's mommy's girl!), her nightlight, her big sister's books and toys, and her brother's room in general (because he's so funny to her). She pretty much will try any food you give her. The first thing we found she doesn't like is pot roast and mashed potatoes. I really think it was the potatoes though. She also rolls over now when you try to change her diaper, she just doesn't have time for that anymore. She doesn't like to go to bed early, so she either sits or stands up in her crib and cries and cries and cries. So we get her up, give her teething tablets, let her play for about 30 minutes, then she's ready for bed. She sleeps pretty well, but now that I say that she'll start waking up again:). We're taking Daddy fishing tomorrow for Father's Day, so hopefully we'll have some pictures of Christian and her 1st fishing experience. We are blessed to have such a happy, healthy baby.
Look at those teeth coming in, poor baby. No more gummy smiles, poor mommy.
