that's one tough girl!

when daddy came home rie had asked SEVERAL times to get her ears pierced. i had always made up some ridiculous age simply because I wasn't ready for her to grow up yet. but, daddy wanted to be able to buy earrings from iraq to ship to his baby girl.... so of course i lost the battle. here she is being the bravest little girl i know getting her ears pierced. another milestone come and gone (can you see the tear drops falling from my eyes?)
