i forgot to tell you! yes, we have a poop in the box story. always something new and exciting here. christian has mastered going to the potty but we just must add adventure to the process. instead of actually going on the potty this time we decided to do something different. when i noticed she was quiet i went to check on her. i found her without pants or underwear in her room and it was really stinky. i asked her if she pooted or needed to potty and she said yes. then she showed me her box. i had a few wipes left over from diaper days. somehow she managed to poop in the wipes box, no i'm not kidding! then she tried wiping up. what a girl. man we're in trouble if this is her idea of thinking "outside the box" or in her case "inside the box."
christian to mommy, "ok, i went poo-poo. yeah! i did it!"
christian to daddy, "i did it! i went poo-poo!"
daddy to christian, "you did? that's great, bear!"
mommy to daddy, "not quite, daddy. she pooped in the box."
daddy to mommy, "the box?!"
mommy to daddy, "yes, the box!"
daddy to christian, "wow, that's good aim!"
on her way to show daddy
