This year we had a cowgirl, a vampirista, and a baseball player. Unfortunately Kaden wanted to be some Star Wars character but we couldn't find one that was tall enough for him. So, we went with a baseball player. Kaleigh was our girl vampire and she didn't want to wear make-up, but Daddy of all people, finally convinced her and HE put it on! Good job! Christian was mesmerized but the closer he was to finishing the more scared she got. She would tell Rie she was too scary.
Off we go. It wasn't too cold at first, but the temperature dropped and we got cold... not Alaska cold though:)
Every time Christian would go up to the door Rie had already rang the bell, but she didn't care. She rang the bell, too. Then, she asked every homeowner what their dog's name was. It was funny if they answered they didn't have a dog. She was confused, how could they not have a dog?! Not sure why she was so interested in the dogs, but it was funny. Rie would just run ahead and was all about getting the most candy. Kaden had a plan though. He would pick the smallest pieces so he could fit more into his bucket! Smart thinking.
