McKinley is already 2 months, hard to believe. It just goes by so quickly, doesn't it? Christian and I took her to her check up and we were all fine until it was time for shots. McKinley cried but while I was fighting off tears myself I turned to find Christian with tears in her eyes. She asked me, "Why is that lady cutting McKinley with a sharp pencil?" Sweet sister was so upset to see our baby getting hurt. I had to explain that it was a shot, but now I'm not too excited about the next time I have to take Christian. Hopefully she won't remember, but she does have a good memory.
So... how does McKinley measure up?
She has grown 2 inches in 6 weeks! She is now 23 1/2 inches tall, 90th percentile
She has gained almost 5 pounds! She is now 12 lbs, 15 ozs, 95th percentile
Her noodle (head) is now 3 cm bigger! She now has a 39 cm head, 60th percentile
She is growing, obviously, and making us smile each day. She wasn't up to pictures still a day after shots, so we had to cut it short. I did get a few super cute pics though.
